The 2-star athlete out of Cherry Hill West High School in New Jersey pledged to SU Shafer and coach Tim Daust decided to offer Williams while he was up at Syracuse‚Äôs camp. The 5‚Äô11″ 190 lb. speedster plays with his hair on fire, and is already drawing comparison to another former defensive back for SU – Shamarko Thomas.
